Welcome!
Great photography is not about great cameras…it’s about great moments. A good camera is important, but master photographers can make great photographs with cheap cameras.
Alfred Eisenstaedt took this famous V–J Day in Times Square photograph with a 35mm Leica rangefinder camera. While it was the cutting edge in its day, it does not compare with today’s modern cameras. The reason this is a great photo is that it was composed in such a way so the photo gives us a sense of depth, this is created by the lines of buildings and length of the road. And, the “truth of the moment” that is expressed by the interaction of the people is the passion of the kiss. Next, is the brilliant contrast and lighting, which is not by chance-it was planned. Most importantly he predicted that something was going to happen…
Four import factors
…depth…
…..emotional truth
………..great lighting
…and prediction of moments that express truth.
Posed, canned, photography rarely expresses the magnificence of life that good photojournalism can.

Because this bride is photographed in mid-glance as her and her mother look towards the light, we believe that her expression is real, thus we also realize that her beauty is real, that she truly is a beautiful woman.
Wedding photography is a once in a lifetime event. The photographer gets no second chances, no makeup days and no excuses. When choosing a photographer it is important that you hire a professional who will insure that your day is recorded the way you want it – perfectly.
